Growing up as childhood friends we loved decorating our own bedrooms! We were excited to go shopping, pick flowers, rearrange our rooms and then see each others results. As time went by, we both married, bought our first homes, and each had an entire house to play with! We didn’t think about it at the time, but by applying our personal touches we were actually staging and redesigning.

When we would visit a friend’s house they would ask us for ideas. By the end of the night we would be redoing two or three rooms. We found ourselves secretly looking around everyone’s home to find something to rearrange. Our husbands know that a visit to someone’s home usually turns into a decorating whirlwind. They also know not to walk into a dark room, because their favorite chair may not be where it was the day before!

When we sold our homes we learned first hand how essential it was to prepare for a successful showing. Sometimes it is difficult to know what to do first. What do you keep out and what do you pack away? How do you make each room more appealing? We knew how important it was to stage and maximize our homes' marketability to interest buyers. That is exactly what we did. We sold our homes within a week!

Through the years our passion for decorating has gotten stronger. Helping other people to sell or redesign their homes is a gratifying experience. With our inspiration, imagination, and enthusiasm, we created IMPRESS TO SELL.
